My studio is complete with professional and customized Pilates and GYROTONIC(R) Equipment.  I am a certified instructor in Pilates, the GYROTONIC(R) system and Yoga.  I have extensive training in working with clients that are: pre- and post- natal, scoliosis and other limitations. I am a certified ‘Buff Bones’ instructor for osteoporosis. I am the the first Pink Ribbon Certified studio in the South Bay area.
