Have you ever felt that your feet are just tired at the end of the day? It might be your shoes, it might be you walked or stood for too long. Whatever the reason, here’s an easy little exercise that can help your feet feel less tired.

All you need is a small ball. The type ball that I generally use about 3 ½ -4 inches in diameter and a bit soft. There are many on the market to choose from that are softer or harder and even smaller, you could even use a tennis ball.

Standing on both feet, with your choice of small ball, place one foot on the ball at about the arch of the foot. Just roll your foot forward and backward over the ball, you can roll up to your toes and down to your heel. You want a little bit of pressure from your foot pushing onto the ball as you roll. It should feel good as if you were getting a gentle massage.

– One thing to keep in mind is that you’re balancing on the standing foot so feel free to hold onto a counter or no movable piece of furniture, if needed.
– Another thing to keep in mind is that if you’re not comfortable standing it’s fine to have a seat, just be sure you’re able to put a little bit of pressure into the ball as you roll the foot.

It’s easy and only takes a few minutes and I’m sure your feet will feel less tired.

Be sure to let me know how it goes or if you have any questions.
